Account Deletion

1. Open the StenX app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account cannot be restored.

Write to contact@stenx.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Your request is handled within 30 days at most and you receive a confirmation by email.

If you write from a different address, we will ask you for information to confirm that the account is yours.

• your account and identity: email address, password, first name, last name, profile photo, date of birth, gender, WhatsApp number;
• your measurements: weight and height;
• your training history: completed sessions, finished blocks, times and notes entered;
• your coaching programmes and all their content, including the weeks and sessions written for you;
• your programme enrolments and access rights, including access to programmes purchased on the website;
• the history of your programme purchases on the website;
• your progress in the educational content;
• your end-of-cycle reviews;
• your trophies;
• your favourites and routine history.

Accounting records are kept for the period required by law. They are no longer linked to your account.

Published testimonials. If you left us a review intended for publication, it stays online, because that is what you gave it for. You can ask for it to be removed at any time by writing to contact@stenx.app.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept, no longer linked to your account.

Educational content created by coaches (exercises, modules, routines) belongs to StenX and is not affected: it is simply detached from the deleted account.
